Your order is vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated, eco-friendly liners with high-performance gel packs. This ensures your meat stays at a food-safe temperature until it reaches your doorstep.

Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?

Yes, we offer same-day or next-day local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our butchery. You can also select 'Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your order from our shop directly.

Can I customize the thickness of my steaks?

Absolutely. Since we are a full-service butchery, you can include specific cutting instructions in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout, and our master butchers will prepare them to your liking.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?
