Organic chicken schnitzel - plain (kid-friendly)

Super-simple and really delicious. We slice organic chicken breast and dip it in a pastured egg wash and breadcrumbs. Takes a few minutes to cook and everyone loves it.

Serve it pan-fried with organic veggies or salad or add our Roasted Tomato Passata and Burraduc Buffalo Mozzarella on top and make a healthy Chicken Parmigiana.
