Pastured beef bresaola - air-dried: sliced

Approximately 125 gm pack. Very thinly sliced. 

Eye of silverside and topside cut from our pasture-fed and finished beef from regeneratively-managed farms and cured and air-dried for three months. 

Add it to a charcuterie platter with with other cured meats, a jar of Organic Chicken Liver Paté, our mustard and pickled cucumbers.
